To book in for personal training, please click the “Enquire Now” button under the respective service description or email alishapadaruth@outlook.com for more information on personal training availability

Please understand that treatment slots have the appropriate time allocated to them.
I can allow up to 10 minutes of lateness for massage and physiotherapy appointments.
Unfortunately, anything more than this and your appointment will have to be rescheduled, and booking deposit to be lost.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact at least 24 hours before to cancel or reschedule - this can be done by email, text or direct message on Instagram.
Deposits will be transferrable if you wish to rebook, and refundable if your wish to cancel.
If you contact after the 24 hour period, unfortunately your deposit will be lost and you will need rebook through the booking link if you wish to do so.

For personal training sessions, please wear comfortable clothes that you are happy to exercise in, and closed toe and back shoes.
For massage and physiotherapy appointments, you may be asked to undress to gain access to the body part that requires treatment.
Where it is possible, please wear shorts if you are being treated for lower limb conditions; vests if you are being treated for upper limb conditions; and a hooked bra if you are being treated for back/spine conditions.
Towels will be provided to protect your dignity and modesty.

When providing sports massages, I aim to go at your pace and what feels tolerable for you.
Where I find “knots” or areas of tightness, you may feel increased sensitivity or some discomfort, but the pressure that I apply will be guided by what you can tolerate - no more than 7/10 pain, subjective to you!
