Hi, I’m Alisha!
I’m a physiotherapist, personal trainer, and massage therapist with a strong belief that better movement improves everyday life.
With a background in Sports, Health and Exercise Sciences (specialising in Biomechanics) and a Master’s in Physiotherapy, my approach blends clinical knowledge with practical, realistic training.
I’ve worked with people at many different stages — from those new to exercise, to individuals rebuilding strength after surgery or managing long-term conditions, to athletes refining performance.
What matters most to me is that your sessions feel purposeful and specific to you. No generic programmes, no unnecessary fluff — just thoughtful, tailored support based on your goals and what your body needs.
